Reputation building video campaign
National Accident Helpline is the UK’s leading provider of personal injury advice, services, and support. After helping accident victims gain access to justice for 29 years, National Accident Helpline understands the importance their customers place on good service when choosing who to represent them in their personal injury claim.
National Accident Helpline wanted a campaign created that would demonstrate its reputation as trusted, experienced, and supportive, illustrate its excellent customer service, and give customers a voice. DML’s always-curious video team got to work, and produced a short series that delivered a creative and emotional impact.
Called #TellYourStory, the videos used real customer testimonials, who told personal stories that were relatable to National Accident Helpline’s target audience. The unique, engaging videos were used across National Accident Helpline’s website and social media channels, breaking down the barriers for people seeking compensation after an accident.
