Our challenge was to specifically ensure that all the customer letter designs were consistent with existing Brand Guidelines – BUT could also accommodate variable, customer specific information in a simple and effective way.
THE SOLUTION
DML was able to rise to this challenge by immediately setting up an ‘Operation Centre’ to handle this high profile job. This ensured that a dedicated and experienced team was exclusively assigned to ensure consistency across all the creative, right down to the smallest detail.
